Collection 2000 Gel Eyeliner - review

Hey everyone! So today I have a review on the Collection 2000 Gel Eyeliner and I have mine in the shade brown as i wear it to school, so it makes it more natural.

So, this eyeliner is extremely creamy, very pigmented and really long lasting. A little bit of this product goes a very long way so only get a tiny bit on your brush. This product is priced at £4.99 each and it comes in I believe 4 shades (gold, teal, black, brown). Inside the box you get a small eyeliner brush with it which isn't terrible if you haven't got an eyeliner brush then it will be okay until you buy an eyeliner brush. You can create a very opaque line with this and I find using a thin pointed eyeliner brush with this works best to create the perfect line for any eye shape. The packaging is an average glass jar with a black screw on lid with a sticker of the Collection 2000 logo. However, it doesn't have a label or anything to signal the colour but i think the names are pretty true to the colours and very simple, so it wont be very hard to remember! This can be purchased from pretty much anywhere from supermarkets to drugstores.

I would highly recommend this product as it is now a new staple in my makeup bag.

Hope this helps!

Quicky Tippy #1!!

Hey everyone! So I'm starting a series of posts called Quicky Tippy's, all these are, are little posts telling you simple tips related to beauty that i have found! So my tip for today is:
Apply a finger full of vaseline (petroleum jelly) under your eyes just before you go to bed on a night to minimise the appearance of dark circles! I believe this works as your eyes are too bust sucking in the vaseline to produce the dark circles.
NOTE: do not do this everyday as your body will get used to it and it wont work, do this maybe before special events or where you want to perk up your face a lot more!

This also minimises the amount of product (concealer) you need to use on your under eyes!

Hope this helps!

P.s. please leave a comment if you try this and tell me if it worked for you or not! X

Collection 2000 Lasting Colour Lipstick- Review.

Hey everyone! So, today I have a review on the Collection 2000 Lasting Colour Lipsticks. These are £2.99 in the UK and I'm not sure whether they are available in the US or not but if they are I don't know the price. Anyways, I have 2 shades of these lipsticks:

These lipsticks feel very moisturising on the lips, however the shade in passionfruit has very chunky glitter in it so if you're not a fan of that, definitely steer away from that shade. As for the staying power, if you don't over apply then on my lips without eating/drinking it lasted for about 30 minutes...BUT! When it did rub off, it left a stain of the colour still on my lips so it didn't feel like you were wearing lipstick, but you still have the colour of the lipstick stained on your lips. The colours are quite true to their name, like pink shock is a bright barbie pink and passionfruit is an orangy pinky shade. I do recommend these lipsticks but again, if you don't like the feeling of glitter on your lips, stay away from passionfruit, but it doesn't bother me.

Hope this helps!

Elf Elements Custom Eyes- Review.

Hey everyone! So today I have a review on the Elf Custom Eye shadow Refill Pans which are £1.50 each in the UK and $1 in the USA. I have 4  shades:
I added effects as the photo was a bit too dark, the colours aren't quite as metallic and the swatches are without primer.

These eye shadows are super pigmented! Although the black one (dusk) has quite a bit of fall out when you apply the shadow onto your finger/brush so be careful of that, but other wise they aren't too bad. They do have a few colourful ones like purples and greens but I went for neutral shades. They apply very beautifully, they don't have a ton of fall out but the shade in dusk has a bit more fall out than the others. They apply evenly and with a primer I can get around 10 hours worth of wear until they fade away off my eyes, but to be honest, I dont need anymore wear out of eyeshadows. They don't cause drag marks on the inner part of your eye, which is a problem I have with a few eyeshadows, so they are amazing. The packaging they come in is just a plastic container which the oan sits in, which is inside a cardboard box so they are very secure. You don't have to remember the names as they have a sticker on the back with the names on aswell as a magnet. However, the dusk eyeshadow that I have came with a clear label on a black magnet with black writing to I can't actually read the label but I just remember them all anyway. The compact to put them in is also £1.50/$1 and they also fit MAC's pan eyeshadows aswell.

Hope this helps!

Maybelline 24hr colour tattoo- reviews.

Hey everyone! So today I have a review on the Maybelline Colour Tattoo's. I have 3 shades:
The swatches in this photo are pretty true to colour but of course they are a bit different.

I really love these. They are describes as a gel-cream consistancy, which yes they do feel that way.
They are very soft and extremely creamy, but to keep the creamy-ness of the eyeshadow, make sure you store them upside down. They are priced at £4.99 in the uk and around $7 in the USA. On my eyes which are very oily, the cream shadows without a primer last around 16-18 hours on me, which is amazing! I haven't ever worn my makeup for a full 24 hours so I dont know whether they would as I wipe it off after 16-18 hours of wearing it, as I do need sleep! They are quite shimmery and glittery, especially the gold one and it is quite chunky glitter inside which you can feel once applied, but it dries a bit and once it does you can't feel the chunky glitter on your eyes anymore. The pink one is quite new to the UK so I don't know whether it is available in the US yet. I really ike the oackaging on this product! It is in a nice glass jar and the label on top of the jar is the colour of the actual cream shadow, so you know what colour you're picking up if you store them standing up.

Hope this helps!
